St Day Old Church COVID-19 policy

Keeping Everyone Safe

We have fully risk assess all events and have the following measures in place to help keep us all safe:

Please arrive on time but no more than 5mins before your booked show. You will be greeted by one of our volunteers and allocated seating.

Please make sure you keep at least 1m away from any other audience members or staff who are not in your household or official support bubble. Please ensure you are not in groups of more than 6.

We have limited the audience capacity of the event in order to ensure social distancing. There will be no more than 50% of our normal capacity for any event.

Tickets must be booked online in advance. You can book up to 6 tickets, to be used by you and people within your household and support bubble.  If attending with others from outside your household or official support bubble, you must socially distance from them at all times. No groups of larger than 6 will be allowed under any circumstances.

Please let us know in advance if you have mobility issues when you book.

Please bring face coverings. Even though we are an open air venue our crew will all be wearing face coverings and if you feel safer wearing yours we encourage you to do so. We do ask that face coverings are worn when entering and leaving the venue.

We will be taking information for contact tracing via a contact sheet, as well as a QR code for use with the NHS app, to ensure all audience members are contacted promptly in the event of anyone contracting Covid 19.

Please do not attend the event if you are exhibiting any of the following symptoms or you have been in contact with someone who has symptoms:

• A new continuous cough

• A high temperature

• A loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)
